They kept this idea in their minds and continued with their usuals. Soon they faced similar problems again. They often fell into a situation where they couldn’t do their laundry because of classes, assignments and other jobs.
They found that a lot of students had this problem and they too didn’t have any alternative but to face it. Consequently, Ravi and Ankur finally had the push to move forward in this direction with this idea.
They started wondering about the audience to be targeted and soon realized that not only students but other working individuals faced similar dilemmas of various kinds.
